On September 3, nearly 100 people gathered at Barker Road to stand up for the Spokane River as nearly two miles of the riverbed sat dry for weeks. We walked together to the dry reach, heard from scientists and community members, and called for action to protect flows in the Spokane River.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, asked questions, shared their voices, and stood with the River. We’re grateful to have had so many people out there with us.

Take a look through the photos from the day and see the River Rally for yourself.
