Join the Spokane Riverkeeper August 9th to float the Spokane River! Bring your own boat, either a kayak, tube, raft, or paddleboard (with very short fins!). While we float, our team will share insightful information about the local ecosystem, river history, and our work on the river along the way.
We'll meet at 11:30 AM at Water Street on July 21st to start the float. Larger water craft will launch at Redband Park, and meet us at Sandifur Bridge beach.
We will float approximately 3.5 miles and take out at TJ Meenach Parking lot. This float is usually 2-3 hours, depending on flows.
Date and Time: August 9th, 2025 beginning at 11 AM
